The Global Events team consists of seasoned players in the hospitality industry. We are trained in the complexities of meeting planning and the inner workings of hotels. Essentially functioning as your staff, Global Events will take the time consuming task of negotiating facility contracts out of your hands, obtaining the best possible package for room rates and meeting space requirements. Our clients value the services we provide as we negotiate a contract that is fair, complies with industry standards and protects your organization from potential losses.



While your meetings' location is important, we know it isn't everything. Once the site has been selected, Global Events in your one-stop shop for all your meeting needs. Just knowing the goal and budget of your meeting puts us in motion, developing a proposal to provide a selection of services or full, turn-key meeting management. We offer theme development, on and off site activities, menu-planning, décor, entertainment, speakers, registration, and finally detailed auditing of expenses and budget performance. We also provide attendee questionnaires and a post-meeting recap with recommendations for your next event.


Our experienced staff will assist you in planning a memorable event that will leave your guests wanting more. From creative menus to special décor elements we will put together an amazing event experience. We have handled intimate gatherings of 20 to extravagant celebrations of 3000. Global Events Inc. offers comprehensive management of media, production, staging and AV services. Video modules, candid pieces, special effects, lighting and spectacular stages... we've done it all. Our experienced communications professionals will incorporate state-of-the-art technology to add extra pizzazz reinforcing your program's message and theme. Our team will coordinate and manage all of your AV and production needs.



Based on your input and guidance, Global Events Inc. will select and contract with the appropriate speakers to reinforce your message and/or entertain your attendees. We will handle all aspects of the process including negotiations, confirmations, reconfirmations, air and ground transportation, AV specifications, and rehearsals.


Attendees who have "been there, done that" will find a cruise meeting a great draw and a great incentive. Because most cruise ships have extensive meeting facilities for groups, our team will propose exciting new meeting options at well below marketed fares.



Ground transportation services include personalized airport meet and greet and departures. Your participants will be greeted at a pre-determined location within the airport and transported to their final destination. Our greeters will assist with baggage claim and handle skycap gratuities.

We utilize local drivers and the latest equipment including luxury motor coaches, mini motor coaches, passenger vans, sedans and limousines. Our ground transportation team will be onsite during your program to provide personalized service and assist your guests with last minute changes to their ground transportation arrangements.
